Our Yoni Eggs normally come in 3 different sizes: small Yoni Eggs, medium sized Yoni Eggs and larger Yoni Eggs. Most practitioners could start with a medium sized Yoni Egg – 30x45mm. It makes no difference if you have a taller body or are small – it all depends on how strong your pelvic floor area is and whether you have given birth before.

 

This might appear a little bit counter-intuitive, but if the pelvic muscles are not so strong we usually recommend that you begin with a large Yoni Egg. With continued practice, you could go down in size. So in case you had a child, went through menopause or are just not sure what size to start with, you might want to opt for a set of 3 different size eggs.Having a set of three, you can start practicing with a large egg and then slowly, as it feels right, come down in size, or exercise with different sized Yoni Eggs at different times.

Go with a smaller Yoni Egg if you have been practicing with your Yoni Egg for a longer time. Also, choose a small egg if your yoni feel very tight.
